English pale ales display earthy, herbal English-variety hop character. Medium to high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma should be evident. The yeast strains used in these beers lend a fruitiness to their aromatics and flavor, referred to as esters. The residual malt and defining sweetness of this richly flavored and medium bodied.
Hoppier version of pale ale, originally brewed in England with extra hops to survive the trip to troops in India. Classic Northwest hop flavors like citrus, pine, florals, and a strong, unapologetic bitterness. Ours is bit more balanced, with stronger malt component matching the stronger hops for those IPA lovers out there!

It's off the normal grid of brewery's in and around Huntsville. But, it's not like the others as well.... The staff took the time to explain the brews and the processes involved to get the flavors. There's also shuffleboard, darts and cornhole. Great place! - Bobby W.

Q: So...what is fermentation and how long does it last?
A: Fermentation is the process of yeast processing sugar, producing carbon dioxide and alcohol, a process taking about two weeks on average. "There's a primary fermentation and a secondary fermentation, but I don't know if you want to get into all that," said Matt Murphy.
